Design Approval and Production Initiation:
 Once you approve your design, production begins immediately for prompt delivery.
 Any errors in the approved design are not eligible for a refund or exchanges once production starts.

Same Day Riverside takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
 Same Day Riverside T-shirt Printing cannot be responsible for spelling, punctuation, or
grammatical errors made by the customer.
 We are not liable for the quality or resolution of images uploaded by the customer.
 Design errors introduced by the customer during the design creation process are non-
refundable.
 Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size are not eligible for a
refund/exchange.
 Same Day Riverside cannot guarantee print quality and/or clarity on customer provided shirts.
Same Day Riverside can provide t-shirts (apparel items) at an additional cost that comes with a
guarantee/replacement of damages.

Damaged or Defective Items:
 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
